At The Gardner Institute, we think even ordinary people can become extraordinary, if they have the right mindset: a Spiritual Mindset. We are not associated with any specific religion and we believe it is important to explain what “spiritual” means to us and to our coaches. Let’s figure out if we are right for you. It is true we are not for everyone; however many of our clients and coaching students say we are just what they have been looking for! Let me tell you about the spiritual laws on which we base our change process. Then you will know if you are in the right place.
Everything begins with you!. To coach with spirit, our coaches first must know themselves. They are always engaging themselves in the self discovery process called Mindset for Success. This is an ongoing process and we use the language provided in this process to talk to one another and to ensure we are always doing our own personal spiritual work. It is the same process you will use as our future clients and training students to engage your spirit into an extraordinary mindset.
We believe the most important relationship you have and will ever have is the relationship you have with yourself. Our coaching is about changing that relationship into a more positive, self supporting and self confident one with yourself. Then, as a result, your personal and business relationship will thrive.
The second connection we make to spirituality is we believe everything that happens to you in life is a result of that inner relationship you have with yourself. Therefore, we coach from this place –inside you -to create just the world you want-outside you-in your personal world out there. We believe: “As within; So without.” Building a better relationship with yourself is important work to us!
Emotions determine our relationship with ourselves and others. Emotions are powerful energy we have inside ourselves –they create who we are. They build what we call Mindset. The right mindset is a Spiritual Mindset and it is created and sustained by our feelings. We are founded on the spiritual law: “Buried emotions never die.” So it is important in Spiritual Coaching that we become aware of our emotions, process them and manage them in a way that creates more energy for ourselves and others.
One final word: research. The Gardner Institute places spiritual work at the top of our to-do list but not just any “woo-woo” stuff out there. The spiritual work we expect you to do in developing the relationship with yourself is grounded in scientific research. We use the latest in neuroscience to show you how to change. We believe everyone benefits from knowing themselves better and the latest research substantives our ideas. As Spiritual Coaches using these proven methods and ideas, we are privileged to watch as your mindset changes, your relationships improve, your energy levels go up and prosperity comes your way.
As a result of you changing your inner world, the outer world thrives also. The beauty of Spiritual Coaching is it changes the world. Using our spiritual process, your changes become sustainable and our world improves. Our fourth premise is “We are all one.” When you change the relationship with yourself, you benefit someone else out there. This is why we call ourselves Spiritual Coaches. The Gardner Institute Spiritual Coaches are out there changing the world. Now that you see who we are, you know if we are right for you. Do you like our spirit?
