Vernita is a Seattle based Life Coach serving the Eastside communities of Bellevue, Kirkland, Bothell and Mill Creek.  

She coaches individuals seeking relief from addictive tendencies who have hit a rough patch that is affecting their quality of life.  The goal is to get back on track and start to move forward again.  Typical coaching situations include:

“Who we are and how we feel about ourselves ultimately defines the quality of our relationships with each other and what we achieve”.  Vernita has the knowledge, training, and experience to address the needs of the individual client at a level that is right for the individual to get back into action.

Previously, she worked for a large corporation for 33 consecutive years successfully building team leaders and increasing the management potential in those she managed.  Her responsibilities also included the management of International teams, specifically:

• Holland
• Belize
• Costa Rica

Her teams were the recipient of numerous achievement/performance awards on both a Domestic and  International level.  

Early retirement afforded Vernita the opportunity to begin a second career pursuing a strong personal desire to become a Life Coach.  She is a a certified “Mindset for Success” & “Mindset of Christ” coach and has completed  ICF approved coach training programs developed and offered by the Gardner Institute, Southlake, TX.  She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF)

Vernita now lives in her home state of Washington relocating back to the beautiful northwest from Texas.  She  is married to Jim, has two adult daughters and five grandchildren and considers herself richly blessed.
