Southlake, TX – The Gardner Institute has graduated its ninth class of new coaches from its Mindset for Success training program. The students who participated in and graduated from this semester-long course are now certified to coach clients through the Gardner Institute’s Mindset for Success program. In addition, the newly minted coaches will eligible to apply for their ICF (International Coaching Federation) credentials as soon as they accrue a few additional hours of experience working with real clients.

In the class, which began in February, students learned how to rewire inhibiting old beliefs into empowering new ones using techniques based on the latest neuroscience research. This training will enable these new coaches to help clients who are having difficulty reaching their goals change the resistant and negative thought patterns that are holding them back.

This particular class participated in an in-depth five-day in-person workshop during which they actually applied the Mindset principles to their own lives. While a number of instructors are qualified to teach the Mindset for Success program, this cohort was trained by program creator Dr. Jayne Gardner, who praised the students for their dedication to the course: “By immersing themselves in the principles, the students undoubtedly gained invaluable insight into the way the program works. Now when these new coaches help their clients, their coaching will be completely authentic.”

The results of this course are so much more profound than they would have been if we had simply learned to coach the Mindset for Success program.”

The Gardner Institute has been providing countless individuals from around the world with Mindset for Success training since 1997. Course schedules coincide with fall and spring school semesters. The application deadline for the fall class is August, 4, 2010. The class is scheduled to begin on August 26.
