Southlake, TX—Dr. Jayne Gardner, founder of the Gardner Institute executive coaching and coaching training company, will speak at the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Luncheon in Plano, Texas on Friday, May 14, 2010.
Dr. Gardner holds a PhD in psychology and is recognized by the ICF as a Professional Certified Coach. ICF has selected Dr. Gardner to present at this event because she is one of the most experienced executive coaches in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and an expert in the rewiring process. “It is always a huge honor for me to be asked to present my materials to my peers,” said Dr. Gardner. “I am especially excited about this opportunity to speak at an ICF event because I admire how dedicated the organization is to helping people improve their lives.”
In her presentation, Dr. Gardner will demonstrate how coaches can identify and eliminate the beliefs that are impeding their clients’ success. “Once coaches know how to uncover clients’ limiting beliefs and how to rewire their minds with empowering thoughts,” said Dr. Gardner “we can relieve our clients of the negativity that is limiting them and help them achieve their goals with minimal effort.” Luncheon attendees will leave the event with new tools and skills that they can use when working with their clients.
ICF Luncheons are held monthly for ICF members and their guests. Approximately 60 guests are expected to attend the luncheon on May 14 and benefit from Dr. Gardner’s expertise.
