The Mindset for Success process is noted in the coaching world for its vertically deep impact on the client. Coaches who train in this process will gain the right to use this proprietary process with their clients by the end of the training.
The process involves twelve steps or written exercises presented to the client. Each step is called a dialogue as it involves specific conversation which eventually imprints the client’s subconscious mind with new empowering beliefs. The purpose of each dialogue is to find and identify who the client’s True Self. One of the first dialogues is to identify who they are not by creating a list of the client’s limiting beliefs. Most people can’t see their own blind spot or what we call in Mindset our False Self. Most people live their lives thinking that this is who they are.
The dialogues’ purpose of shining the light on the client’s limited self and bringing it into their awareness is so that they can then let it drop into the back ground and invite a much larger and wiser self, True Self, to take the stage and run their lives.
Many of the dialogues are about investigating and discovering the client’s most powerful self and letting the client stand in his True Self’s power by learning to shift as he goes through his real life day by day activities- from his more limiting way of thinking to a limitless way of thinking.
The process itself is based on the latest neuroscience research which indicates it is possible to rewire our old beliefs. Indeed Mindset does just that-the results are a cellular change as the belief system shifts and more positive and energizing beliefs are wired in.
This unique and vertically deep change process has been used by the Gardner Institute’s coaches for ten years with hundreds of participants making thought changes. The benefits are physical, mental and spiritual and show up as aligning the person’s decisions and values in a more effortless way for the client to attain success in their professional and personal lives.
