What if everyone in the world had a Mindset for Success?

At The Gardner Institute, we see the world as divided into 2 kinds of people:  those who have taken our Mindset for Success program - and those who have not.

In our vision for the future we see everyone as having taken our Mindset process – a future where everyone is connected with the unlimited energy source within them - what we call Spiritual Intelligence.  Right now the majority of the world has not yet developed their Spiritual Intelligence, but we see this goal as attainable by all. We see our resulting world as prosperous, peaceful and harmonious.

Our mission is to provide the opportunity and specific road map through our brand of Spiritual Coaching to close the gap between those who have and those who have not taken Mindset for Success.

We teach coaching using certain spiritual and neuroscience principles:

1. Neuroscience research shows us that change made at a deep cellular level in the brain results in sustainable change and faster action toward a client’s goals.
    
2. Buried Emotions –block us from our goals.  Resentment-anger must be released and we have a step by step process to show you how.
    
3. As within –so without--When you move your mind, you move the world. What-ever you think about comes about…..
    
4. We are all connected in our thoughts so what-ever you are thinking about affects not only you but others.
