Melissa Nickelson

Melissa Nickelson has always felt compelled to help people work through issues and help them live their life and keep moving forward, which inspired her career. Melissa Nickelson, a Certified Mindset for Success Coach, attended The Gardner Institute Coach Training Program and has completed over 102 hours of intense Core Coach Training and Mindset for Success Coach Training programs. Melissa was among a very select group of professionals to be admitted into the Advanced Mindset for Success Coach Training program, a 36-hour, year-long intense study. She also uses Strengths Finder 2.0 and Emotional Intelligence programs in her sessions.

Melissa spent 15 years working as a Family Law Legal Assistant and is a Trained Witness Preparation Consultant. She has been on several panels and has spoken at several State Bar of Texas, Advanced Family Law Seminars, and other business and charity events. Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Melissa is married to Family Law Attorney, Gary Nickelson, and together they have three children, and an active Terrier-mix named Sport. She loves to travel, read, fashion, and spending time with her family and friends.

Melissa is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), which is the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards, providing independent certification, and building a worldwide network of credentialed coaches. She is a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants (ASTC) which is the only professional organization specifically created for trial consultants, jury consultants and litigation consultants. She is also a member of ICF, North Texas Chapter, Tarrant County Family Bar Association, and The Texas Family Law Foundation.
