Martha Darwin

Martha Darwin is currently enrolled in the Executive and Professional Coaching Certification Program in the Graduate School of Management at The University of Texas at Dallas – one of four such programs in the world. She holds a BS from UT Austin where she also became certified as an adult educator. She most recently was an executive in a company that deals largely with marketing business services to clients from the Fortune 500. Her business background includes work in human resources, conflict resolution, and international program management. She has authored a business etiquette course that has been sold to continuing education entities throughout the country, and she has done extensive teaching and speaking on the subjects of team building and relationship management for various clients for nearly 20 years.

In addition to the business related teaching and management, she also taught parenting classes for various educational entities over the last 25 years, having additionally designed a course that integrated the Montessori philosophy of education. She worked for the FWISD in Psychological Services, managing and training mentors for “at risk” children during that period as well.

Martha loves to work with teams and also enjoys helping people to set and achieve career goals that are well suited to their unique strengths. She enjoys working with people who want to sharpen their leadership skills by working on their inner selves to manifest outer results. She has empowerment in mind as she works with clients, structuring their time with her to develop life skills that will help them to continue to set and achieve goals for life independently.
