Born in Patagonia and currently living in Beijing, China, Mariana represents two extraordinary cultures: the United States and Argentina. She is bilingual and considers herself 'bicultural' because in her cross cultural encounters she mastered the ability to listen to people, understand their point of view, and open a window of opportunities to those who seek hat insight.

Mariana Gomez, author and founder of her publishing company, oversees Human Resources and Safety for a manufacturing company in the oil industry. Her transition from graduating from Texas Christian University to working with truck manufacturing employees has helped her extend the Human Relations Communication Theories she learned in the steadiness of a classroom to real life issues where miscommunication is the #1 leading cause of problems at work. She simultaneously helps employees feel the importance they have in the company and highlights to management the employee's importance at the company as an invested asset.
