Kristen Robertson

Kristin has been a consultant and coach for the past 12 years.  She has successfully completed the Gardner Institute’s Mindset for Success and coaching training courses.  In addition, she is a certified Spiritual Intelligence coach through Conscious Pursuits, Inc. and is in her second year of a three-year training program to become a Spiritual Director.  She passionately believes in the possibility of transformation in her coaching clients, and has observed coaching results including repairing a damaged relationship with a boss, turning around a poor performance evaluation, improving performance in the workgroup, achieving executive awards, reducing the frequency of migraine headaches and, for an entrepreneur, achieving clarity about a business start-up.  Her clients include Schneider Electric, Brinker International, FedexOffice, Southwest Airlines, Medtronic, PolyOne Corporation and Progress Energy, among many others.
