Karin Newell

Originally from Oklahoma Karin has known the challenges of life from divorce, raising two sons as a single mother and working her way thru the corporate ladder.  Along the way she has always maintained the positive side of life and looked for the silver lining in all things.

Karin proved herself in the banking industry consistently achieving all sales objectives, including deposits, lending, asset management, losses and referrals while climbing the corporate ladder to Vice-Presidency. Her resume clearly shows her marketability as she was recruited time after time to come in, clean house and make banking institutions profitable.  In addition she has worked with several non-profit organizations to help strengthen board development and strategic planning to achieve optimal organization success. Karin finds the silver lining in every situation and helps organizations to recognize the need for change and how to best approach it.

In 2006 Karin met Dr. Jayne Gardner and was introduced to the Wired to Win Seminar and soon followed with the Mindset for Success coaching method created by Dr. Gardner.  Soon after she began to personally experience the professional growth, energy and enthusiasm created as a result of experiencing the outstanding benefits Mindset for Success ignited in her.

Today Karin is a licensed Mindset for Success coach working with clients who want to experience the positive relationship change with themselves allowing them to reach their full potential.

Karin is also a certified Wired to Win instructor and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
