Gail Hartin

Gail Hartin thinks coaching is the best job in the whole wide world. It allows her to use her creativity, enthusiasm and education to help clients identify and achieve their goals.

Gail received her Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Texas at Austin and taught school for a number of years. She earned her Master Degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington. She is presently a Licensed Master of Social Work. She completed the Mindset For Success coach training at the Gardner Institute.  In April 2009 she will receive the Executive and Professional Coaching Certificate from the Graduate School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. As a member of the International Coach Federation she continually receives education on improving her coaching skills.

Gail was a contract worker for the United State Air Force at Ramstein, Germany. There she provided psychotherapy to individuals and families who had experienced domestic violence. She also worked for the United Sates Air Force in both Lakenheath and Mildenhall, England, as a Family Advocacy Program Outreach Manager.  Her Outreach job involved working with military personnel and their families. She did public speaking and provided educational classes on stress management and anger management.

Gail has done private practice psychotherapy. She taught continuing education classes at The University of Texas at Arlington and Texas Wesleyan College. She co-created and wrote a senior advice column, Dear Ageless, which was published in The Fort Worth Star Telegram. She has been a Mentor Coach and a presenter at The Gardner Institute training.
