Elaine’s passion is helping others find more balance and fulfillment in both their personal lives and their careers. Through the coaching process, clients learn to define their life values. They identify self-limiting beliefs that may be holding them back from reaching the life they desire. This personal clarity moves the client forward; goals and dreams become a reality! Elaine uses the Mindset for Success process to move clients from an external to an internal locus of control, where true strength is found.

Before coaching, Elaine was a small business owner for two years, and prior to that held a variety of marketing positions in corporations varying in size from a small family-owned business to a billion-dollar Fortune 500 company. She has a graduate degree in Marketing Research from the University of Texas at Arlington. This diverse experience provides a wide scope of awareness and understanding of the business world.
Elaine is a licensed Mindset for Success coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation.  She is also co-facilitator of Truly U, a unique workshop designed for women in transition that leads participants to positive growth and empowerment.
