Denise Ringer
Denise Ringer is an insightful life coach who is passionate about helping others create healthy and fulfilling lifestyles. Through her encouraging and supportive nature, she partners with her clients to make small changes in their daily routines to align and be consistent with their long-term objectives. The result: a lasting, positive impact on their overall wellbeing and the ability to thrive in all areas of their lives!
Denise is dedicated to personal development, health and wellness, and greater self-awareness. By getting her clients to focus on their strengths and eliminate the unnecessary, Denise supports them to achieve the double satisfaction of doing less, better! She firmly believes that it is never too late or too complicated to live up to one’s potential. Through motivation and active partnership, Denise helps her clients recognize their own brilliance and how to most effectively to use it.
She has a BA in social psychology from Smith College, a MA from Columbia University in organizational psychology and is a graduate of Gardner Institute in Southlake, Texas (an accredited life coach training program through the International Coach Federation). As part of her life coaching business, Denise is also able to provide “Mindset for Success” personal transformation program developed by Dr. Jayne Gardner.
As a corporate spouse, Denise has lived in many US cities and most recently in Johannesburg, South Africa. She is currently living and raising three sons (16, 12, and 11) in the Park Cities area of Dallas, Texas.
