Previously an executive herself, she worked in an environment that dealt largely with marketing business services to clients from the Fortune 500. Her business background includes work in human resources, conflict resolution, and international program management. She has authored a business etiquette course that has been sold to continuing education entities throughout the country, and she has done extensive teaching and speaking on the subjects of team building and relationship management for various clients for over 20 years.
A particular strength of Martha's is working with teams to build strength and empowerment. She enjoys helping people set and achieve career goals that are well suited to their unique strengths. She also enjoys working with people who want to sharpen their leadership skills.
Martha is a graduate of the award winning Executive Coach Certification program in the Graduate School of Management at The University of Texas at Dallas. She has earned the A.C.C. credential conferred by the International Coach Federation. She is also a member of the International Positive Psychology Association.
