Wired to Win is a one-day corporate coaching seminar from the Dallas/Fort Worth-based Gardner Institute that teaches professionals how to change their thoughts so that they can achieve their business and personal goals. Once professionals begin applying the principles laid out in the Wired to Win corporate seminar to their own lives, they notice increased productivity, improved team interaction skills, and a boost in their overall job satisfaction.

Over the course of our lifetimes, our brains actually become programmed with limiting thoughts that manifest themselves as habits, attitudes, and behaviors and keep us from realizing our full potential. During the highly interactive and dynamic Wired to Win corporate seminar, participants are given a personality assessment to determine what thoughts are sabotaging their success, and then they learn how to create positive thoughts that generate unlimited potential. Wired to Win is taught in a non-threatening group setting where participants are encouraged to interact with each other to discover how the rewiring principles they learn in the course apply to their own unique situations.

In order for us to truly achieve our professional and personal goals and reach our full potential, we must hold ourselves accountable for our lives. We must not blame others when things do not go as we would like, and we must accept that our interactions with others directly affect our relationships with them. At the end of the one-day Wired to Win corporate coaching seminar, participants will be asked to begin doing just that by devoting 30-45 minutes a day for the next 21 days to truly engaging in the rewire process, actively creating new and more positive thoughts, and practicing more successful behaviors.

At the end of 21 days, a certified Gardner Institute coach will contact all of the participants to answer questions and discover how they fared in the process. By this time, participants who have remained diligent almost always discover that the barriers that were holding them back from achieving their goals before the seminar are no longer in place.

Many companies offer corporate seminars, but none is quite like Wired to Win. Wired to Win participants leave the seminar with more than simply information—they leave with increased self-awareness and a plan for taking control of their lives and ultimately reaching their highest goals.

Gardner Institute founder Dr. Jayne Gardner and her coaching staff are also available to lead custom corporate coaching seminars that are tailor-made to meet the sponsoring organization’s needs. If you would like to help the professionals in your company unlimit their potential and begin living the lives they have always wanted, contact the Gardner Institute today to schedule a Wired to Win or custom corporate seminar!

"My staff has told me that the concepts introduced in Wired to Win has had the most impact of any program I have ever brought into O'BH.  I am a big believer in the program as it has transformed my own life.”

Pete O’Brien,
O’BH Associates

"I was impressed by the fact that you seemed to have an intuitive understanding of the issues facing someone who is determined to succeed in a demanding and stressful business without sacrificing the personal relationships that are so important to life. I am now free to move my personal life and business to the next level."

David Margulies,
Margulies Communications Group

“I must have high expectations before I spend two days of my time in a seminar.  This one has by far exceeded my expectations.”

Reta McCallum,
CCR, Inc.

I am writing to you today to thank you very much for helping me REWIRE TO WIN.  I attended the Job Corps conference in Dallas  last March  and there, I obtained the tools to face my fear to water. Since I was a little girl I was scared of  going into  water, meaning swimming pools, the beach, rivers, lakes, etc.,(despite I live in an Island- Puerto Rico).

This last Saturday I was invited to explore a cave (one of my hobbies) with a river, I was supposed to "swim" and do body rafting in order to complete the tour. It was a challenge for me, but I was willing to do it, since I am believing "There's no danger in taking risks" (My empowering belief). I was nervous because I had not waited the 21 days period and I thought I couldn't make it.but I did.

I have to say I was really scared, but I had the encouragement of my friends and I believed God was not going to let me drown, because I have a purpose in this life. Yes, I was still nervous and anxious, but at the end I had the satisfaction I overcame my biggest fear.

I thank you very much for teaching us (me) how to face our fears and giving me the necessary tools to do it. I was very excited about your program because I knew it could work, now I know it does.
