What would a Divine Intelligence accomplish in your own life?
What I have learned from my readers’ feedback is that you want to hear more about Divine Intelligence – and how to create this Mindset.
What is The Jesus Brain?
That’s the first question most people ask when they see the title of this blog.
I have decided to start a blog called The Jesus Brain. I am drawn to Jesus Christ like an insect is drawn to a light.
Instead of resolutions this year, try this kind of thinking: You are not your accomplishments, the “things” you own, the people you know, or even what you weigh for that matter!
I realized how important my family is to me.
As many of your know I finished my book and I am currently writing a book proposal to find the right publisher.
I took them through a neuroscience meditation that Daniel Siegel had used at the conference I attended last month.
Today, every day of her life, I hold a space for her to walk into career success...
STEP THREE: Move Out of the Way.
STEP TWO: Hold No Specific Expectations for Success.
STEP ONE: Create a Grand Vision.
I originated the concept, Holding a Space out of necessity in my own life.
You may use the “Holding a Space” concept with any child you believe needs some added confidence.
Many clients want to know how to increase self-esteem and success in their children.
Maybe this will help you if you are trying to decide on coaching as a profession and then where to train.
Change is such a great thing! Well not always, but change is inevitable for us.
A great question to ask yourself: When, in the last week, have you been at your best? Celebrate a strength that shows up when you think of being at your best. Us that strength today to create another best day.
Our very own Karin Newell is running for an officer in our North Texas International Coach Federation! Go Karin! Susan Potter is already an officer so now we may have two people for support. Both are big believers in the value of coaching. If you are a coach and want to join ICF, let us know and we will offer you a free lunch to come see what it is all about!
I am planning to go on a writing retreat to Montsegur, France in March.
The highest Mindset to manifest your dreams is Gratitude.
Do you hear good things about yourself every day -from yourself?
Dr. Siegel is the author of the textbook, The Mindful Therapist, which she uses to teach her Advanced Neuroscience class.
If you had my doctor you would look forward to that visit.
Science is now proving that our brains have divine capabilities.
Shares the concerns and triumphs of Dan, a man who had been laid off from his corporate position and was struggling to find new work.
What a dynamic group of coaches who will carry out my message to the world!
As many of you know I have been writing a book for the last 3 years...
A client told me this story about the beginning of school stresses.
I just started using a GPS when I travel somewhere. I have a conflicting relationship with “Betty” as I call here.
In reading more about the history of the French town of Montsegur where I visited, the legend is that all of the Cathars were not burned at the stake as the history books indicate.
I can now see that experiencing a moment of Gnosis, or feeling the presence of God serves as a sign post telling you where to go to achieve this destiny you were born to live.
When I was training to become a coach, a mentor gave me this elegant way to look at life.
We are each given an assignment of a particular destiny unique to us, but just like in school we are also given the choice of whether we complete that assignment or not.
We are back from France and I wanted to update you on the results of my visit.
As I sat on the mountaintop at Montsegur where all the Cathar people had died for what they believed in, I realized that I needed to step up and share my beliefs about Christ and religion.
While on this trip to France, I have come face to face with how these original documents, the Gnostic Gospels would influence my life. I know now I was led here on a mission. I have always wanted to find out why this 1945 discovery was not such a big deal to others as it was to me. Well I found out why on this trip.
Before telling more about our trip, I need to share some background information to illustrate how the Cathars are so important to the development of my spiritual work.
Before learning about our next trip, you need to know that in writing a book about my own religious beliefs, I had come across literature about a religious group called the Cathars.
Walking through these ruins and feeling the spirit of the Cathars gave me some new insights about the Church. I sat on the mountain where the Cathars were crucified and sobbed with my head in my hands -- and asked myself why does this move me so?
We are having the time of our lives in southern France.
Your frequency is the power of your mindset and it is created by emotions.
If we grow ourselves, we grow others.
Attraction implies that there is something “out there” we need and don’t have.
The words within me are coming from a light inside me
It is in all of us and our daily goal is to resurrect it minute by minute as we go through every day.
This blog starts a series of blogs on my beliefs about religion, spirituality and God.
It is so clear now, the right answer. My old anger created the chart not me.
I love the Dalai Lama’s definition of religion: “My religion is kindness.”
It does seem magical now—the way the anger and resentment are gone.
Back at the retreat, I faced a surge of fresh hot anger coming to me. I took a deep breath and let it direct me. It took hold of me and pointed me to something good: A Stand. My Stand! What Jayne Gardner stands for!
My objective for going on the retreat was to rid myself of anger at the church. I got it that I was holding on to past anger. I could feel it and I wanted to release it and get it out of my body.
Today I feel alive and born anew into my True Self!
First, I have to say—this stuff really works! By stuff, I mean the new revised Mindset for Success process.
I talked to my coach. Isn’t it interesting that I waited until now to give her a call?
So many things good came from the incident with the church.
This morning I am regretting going public with my anger.
I need to take some of my own medicine. I always advise others to go take a “retreat” whenever they think they might need it.
After I wrote about having a False Self attack on the cruise, I decided you (I?) needed to know how to shift from False Self to True Self.
The Gardner Institute is a coaching and coach training center dedicated to the development of Spiritual Coaching.
Several months ago I received a visit from someone whom I had directly dismissed as my friend.
In one of their songs, the group, Pink, sings: “Tell the voices in your head to like you.”
Wow! I cannot believe I wrote that! But I believe it is true—a journey of many lifetimes perhaps for someone like me but- indeed, it is where each of our destinies resides.
What courageous action could you take right now ---and as a result –feel really proud of yourself?
There are many tools we have in our Mindset process to find your inner divinity.
A new word I found in neuroscience defines our True Self: Ipseity.
Resurrect the Christ light within. ….the life force within us!
Just as Christ died for us, we must also die to that False Self within us.
There is great value in negative thinking, if you are conscious of it.
So why don’t we take a minute to build up that mental force-brighten that light within us so we can get closer to God right now in this moment?
Learn to use your intention and attention. When we declare our intention or set a goal and put our attention on it, we are using the God within us, the light within to laser our thoughts into the thing we desire.
In neuroscience the action in the brain shows up as light. Isn’t there something in just about every religion that calls God light?
Everywhere! As a result, I believe that everyone of us has a God part inside of us.
I am a deeply spiritual person and-- I don’t think of God in the traditional way. At some point when I was growing up and discovered Santa Claus was bogus I began to realize the big man up in the sky was suspect too.
(The following is a transcript from a discussion Dr. Gardner conducted with the False Self.)
A Mindset of God is the awareness of the power and presence of the inner divine source inside of you and others.
Emotion can create a Mindset of God. The word itself just looks like energy: E-motion. Emotion is the mental force that you can channel into good energy.
In our unawareness we can so easily get caught off guard as we watch nuclear energy, something created by humankind, turn on us now. The smell of fear is blowing through the air pulling the radiation toward us with each intake of our scared breath.
The Gardner Institute this year is fostering a new concept for new years resolutions.
