Want to build a spiritual life?  Learn to use your intention and attention.   When we declare our intention or set a goal and put our attention on it, we are using the God within us, the light within to laser our thoughts into the thing we desire.  Out of the unlimited spiritual state we put our intention  into material form with this attention and focus.  So when we focus our mind or the light within us on some one thing we bring it to life-if only within our mind. If we are in trouble, or need solutions, all we have to do is refocus on the God inside of us and we have the answers.  This refocusing is sometimes harder than it seems when I wrote that sentence. But it is possible, infinitely. Practice this refocusing on your God within to build a spiritual inner life-and your outward life will be easy to build.

We get so caught up in the outside world we forget that we have the key to changing it within ourselves.  God is inside of us so we have all the power we need when we think to turn our focus on the inside where God is located. Remember you have the agency within yourself that controls what you focus that light of yours on….when you turn around in your mind and see the  light—you will realize you always had the answers within you!
