Become a CoachThe Gardner Institute coach training program provides an extensive professional development and training experience which prepares you for success in the fast emerging field of professional coaching.  Whether your interest is Business Coaching, Executive Coaching, Leadership Coaching or Life Coaching, our program provides the learning environment and challenges to prepare you for success as an independent or corporate coach.

The Core Coach Training course is focused on coaching concepts, tools and techniques aligned with the International Coach Federation (ICF) Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.  Successful completion of the course, including supervised coaching practice in a learning environment, and both written and oral exams, prepares participants to demonstrate the competencies required for ICF credentials.

Our Mindset for Success Coach Training course integrates the proprietary Mindset for Success coaching model, developed by Dr. Jayne Gardner, with the ICF Core Competencies, teaching you how to coach your clients to attain a high level of success and sustainable self-directed change.  Successful completion of the course, including supervised coaching practice in a learning environment and a written exam, prepares the participant for licensure as a Gardner Institute Mindset for Success Coach.

Our primary faculty members hold ICF credentials, and our program is accepted as Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) by ICF for credential requirements.


We recently created a business alliance with Michael Charest, Business Growth Solutions (BGS), to enhance our Core Coach Training Course with a series of 5 dynamic business building classes aimed at giving our students a jump-start with establishing their business. We are very pleased with the results of our first BGS business building classes. Our participants are motivated to continue to discipline themselves to attract clients and build their business. Their next step is to take Michael's 9 month class to provide the structure for continuing this momentum--which will set them up for success in creating their long-term vision for their coaching careers. I can see it happening based on their determination and enthusiasm!

One reason the Gardner Institute created a business alliance with BGS is because I saw that we were highly successful at training participants to be dynamic coaches--but they were struggling when it came to reaching their business goals. This partnership with Michael gives us the turnkey program for training outstanding coaches who then learn the skills and discipline to build successful prosperous coaching businesses.

Why Mindset for Success Coach Training
