Ann Beal

Ann brings vast experience in athletics, business, teaching, counseling, public speaking, radio, and television to her current coaching career. Ann received her bachelors degree from Hendrix College where she was an accomplished athlete in gymnastics, volleyball, and karate. After graduating from Hendrix, she became a systems engineer in car design with EDS and General Motors, and an account manage for MSA in Los Angeles.

Ann earned two masters degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary, one in Family Life Education, the other in Counseling. She interned with renowned psychiatrist, Dr. Frank Minirth, becoming a frequent guest on his radio and TV shows. In 1997, she started her own counseling practice and her own television program, Living Well with Ann Beal, and began speaking nationally and internationally.

Ann began coaching in 2006 and has grown a thriving coaching practice. She prefers to use Dr. Gardner’s Mindset for Success coaching curriculum which she states personally led her to greater financial prosperity and success. Ann has a small ranch, vineyard and orchard she enjoys with her family in Fort Worth, Texas, living her dream daily and looks forward to helping you live yours.
