Dave Bauer

Dave Bauer has been a multi-faceted executive coach since 1995. He earned his B.S. in Economics from the United States Air Force Academy and an M.S. in Systems Management from Western New England College. He is a former Air Force pilot and program manager within the aerospace industry. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas Professional and Executive Coaching Program.  He has also trained with Coach University and has been certified in Mindset for Success from inception.

His typical client is a senior executive or business owner, possibly in a family-owned, family run business who wishes to move forward toward a new goal or meet a challenge. Mindset for Success provides the process, structure and accountability for his clients.  His primary focus is on leadership and organizational learning in both individual work and team/group settings.

Also, as a birthfather in reunion, he finds it rewarding to work with people who have adult adoption, search and reunion issues.  This would include adult adopted persons, birthparents and adoptive parents seeking personal spiritual growth in anticipation of, or during, a search and reunion experience.
