Beverly Kuoppala has experienced many of life’s successes and challenges. Finding herself a single mom when her children were very young, she returned to the work force. Always maintaining a ‘can do’ attitude, Beverly was employed by a trade association and worked her way up the ranks to Director of Special Events, managing board meetings, trade shows, and conventions. Later she worked for an electric utility company holding positions in Contracts and Regulation, Information Technology, and Human Resources.
During her struggle as a single mom, Beverly returned to college. Working full time and going to school at night kept her very busy, but not too busy for romance to blossom. She met and married the love of her life while attending night classes. Beverly was married for 11 years when her husband was diagnosed with a debilitating disease, Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Together they trusted God to walk with them as they traveled their journey together.
Beverly earned her BS in Business Management in 1997 and soon began her career as a Human Resource consultant, advising clients on best practices and process improvement. She specializes in human resource, benefit, and payroll system design and implementations.
Following the death of her husband in 2005, Beverly was introduced to the Mindset for Success coaching method. She discovered her passion - helping others through transitions in their life. She is now a licensed Mindset for Success coach and has also received certification in ICF Core Coaching through the Gardner Institute in Southlake, Texas.
